Evidence and Other Research
OT Research
Real OT Solutions® is a strong advocate for evidence-based practice. We often collaborate with universities around the country to conduct handwriting research that tests the efficacy of our OT handwriting programs, approaches, data collection, materials, and more. Many of these OT research studies lead investigators to broaden the demographics of their studies by enlisting participants from different geographic areas.
Our team is always looking for more participants for OT research. If you would like us to add your name to our list for future handwriting research, please fill out the contact form below.

OT Research FAQ
What is evidence-based practice?
Evidence-based practice combines clinical expertise and research evidence with client needs to make better decisions and achieve goals. At Real OT Solutions®, our research directly informs the way we develop our OT handwriting programs to deliver effective programs for all types of classrooms.
How do you develop research questions?
Our team isn’t always the one who develops the research questions. However, many of our handwriting research topics focus on addressing the needs of a specific population or intervention. We seek to research any topics that can help children and adults improve their handwriting skills, fine motor skills, and language learning capabilities.
