Our progress monitoring forms present easy, quantifiable ways to note the writing progress of your students. The forms are quick and easy to score. They range from screening to full assessments to progress monitoring forms.  The screening tool, called the Point of View Survey, includes an Instruction Manual, Child Scorecards, Main Forms, and desktop and classroom prompt cards.  The assessment is called the Writing Competency Intake and includes an Instruction Manual, scoring booklets, and a copying prompt booklet.  All screening, assessment, and progress monitoring forms are included in the Data Collection. How Our Assessment Forms Work

Our assessments and progress trackers evaluate the work paper and workstation organization on a four-point rubric that considers indentation, erasures, page layout, use of left and right margins, space planning, desk contents, and desktop setup. These handwriting assessments also track scores for individual spacing, letter size, and copying skills to provide even more information for Occupational Therapists. Both generative and copied writing tasks are scored for size, space, and degree of independence. Copying tasks are also scored for letters and words per minute. Using all of these data points, you can plan personalized assistance for students and track improvements over the long term.
